Prices:

There are all sizes of spaces here at Bloc, some ground level others first floor, some with windows - some without. At Bloc everyone pays the same per meter squared, which includes everything; rates, utilities, maintenance, and access to all the amenities - with no additional costs! an average small space of 10 meters square costs £85 per month (some smaller spaces are available) - and an average large space is around £150 (again some larger spaces are available). Rents are reviewed annually and raise roughly in line with inflation.

Other Info:

Bloc Studios takes one months rent as deposit and bond on a studio - repayable at the termination of the tenancy. Payment is ideally made by monthly standing order. MInimum term of any tenancy is 2 months. All rents are inclusive of utilities costs with no additional fees. Rents shown are current rates but subject to an annual review. Bloc requires one calender months notice at the termination of a tenancy.
